Question about SanDisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player
I plugged it into my usb port to download more music and it came on as usual, then I accidentally, barely touched it and it shut down and now will not start back up and my laptop doesnt recognize the "USB device" regardless of what I do. This has happened before, and I cant remember what I had to do to restart it. I have lost my manual.

Hold down the power button for 20 or more seconds; when you release the power button, the Sansa Connect will restart on its own. If it doesn't restart, you did not hold down the power button long enough -- try again.
Make sure there's a battery in the player. This doesn't work when it is plugged into the USB port.
