On the 18th I was given an 89.91 promotional credit that was to show when I checked out on my next order. Yesterday I placed an order and I did not receive my 89.91 credit? How do I correct this?

Your method of payment (credit card, PayPal, what?) may have been declined. You will need to contact the business from which you placed the order directly -- contact Customer Service -- to find out why the order was declined.

I am not sure my order went in and don't want to place another

Check your email for confirmation. Generally when an order is placed and paid for, an email confirmation is generated. Sometimes the website you order from offers a confirmation page or number which you may print. Lastly, if it doesn't show up as a withdrawal on your credit/debit card statement, you didn't succeed in making the order.

What is a chocolate fountain machine? Someone suggested that I hire one for my daughter's 18th birthday next month.

Chocolate fountain machines have become very popular lately at parties and events. They are basically fountains that have liquid chocolate running out of the spouts. Usually fruit, marshmallows etc are placed on sticks nearby and guests can dip their chosen item into the flowing chocolate. It's pretty cool.

I ordered a breadmaker online yesterday and in my confirmation i realized that they have the wrong credit card number. I want to make sure it gets delivered by xmas.

They should find out you gave them a wrong CC number and reject the order. You could place the order again with the correct information. As for delivery by X-mas you could call them, get their options and if they commit to them.
