If the machine was just recently serviced and the thread cutter stopped working after the service, take it back immediately! They should be able to fix it for you.

Top thread is shredding Automatic needle threader stopped working

If the top thread is shredding it is usually because the needle and thread are not compatible. If thread is too large for the eye and the thread groove, the action of sewing will cause the thread to shred as it pieces the fabric.

Try a different needle and thread. Here's an excellent web site:

Lo warning comes on when i try to sew. Waited 15 secs did not work. Cannot sew.

It sounds like a machine overload. Rather than just turning it off for a few seconds, turn it off and clear out the lint from the feed dogs and the traces. That should take sufficient time to reset and you'll avoid another overload.

Difficult to use auto needle threading

you thread the machine the normal way, using every thread guide, and if the automatic theader works it will thread the needle,
if the auto threader doesn't work, then it needs to be checked.
also make sure the needle is turned the correct way and inserted correctly into the needle holder.

My minghui is sawing just top and bottom is just mess can u help me???

Thanks for the question.
If your machine is not sewing on the bottom or making stacks of thread called (bird nesting) there are several simple fixes for this and some not so simple.
First you need to make sure that you are threading the bobbin into the holder correctly, Insure that you pull the end of the thread through the little slit on the side of the bobbin and that the thread is somewhat snug but not hard to pull.
Once you have done this replace the bobbin in the bobbin holder and thread the feed thread over the top from the spool or thread. making sure that you run it through the auto tensioner.
Set the auto thread tension to +1 to start, go ahead and thread the main feed through the bobbin feed so that you have both strings on the sewing deck.
Now with a piece of used material, pull both bobbin feed and Main thread behind the machine, insert your test material, drop the material tension foot onto material and start to sew a 1 inch spot.
After about one inch check to see if your machine is still nesting thread, if it is you need to add more tention to the main thread by moving the auto tensioner to +2. Now test sew again a short distance and recheck. If you still have a issue move the tension up until the nesting of string stops.
If you reach the stop. than it\'s likely that the bobbin holder needs to be adjusted.
The bobbin holder has two small screws in it generally that allow a very small screwdriver to adjust the bi metal pensioner on the bobbin holder. This is the area where you slide the string through the little slot in the bobbin holder.
You can tighten those screws until the string is harder to pull out of the bobbin holder. You may have to repeat this step several times until you get the tensions just right.
but make sure that you reset the main Thread tension to 0 before you start adjusting the bobbin tension.
If after all this work fails you may have to replace the bobbin holder to correct this issue.
There is one other fix that you can try before replacing the bobbin holder and that is to purchase more expensive thread. The reason behind this is that the more expensive thread is thicker and causes more friction in the bobbin holder..
I hope that this has helped you, I know what it\'s like not to have a working sewing machine.
Best of luck and thanks for using Fixya.com

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a Feiya CT 904 & CT 902. The agent i bought the machine from forgot to give me the password for the two machines. After using the machine for about a month, the machine is as

Are you looking for a password or a thread problem? I'd talk to your agent for the passwords. The description about the thread cuts, the machine stops until the thread is put back doesn't make a lot of sense to me. A little more description would be helpful. Is the thread breaking, or do you have an auto-snip/cut feature?

Does The Juki 8700 sewing machine have a automatic Thread Triimmer

final answer about this questionhello all
in case of normal machine you need to add many parts to convert from manual to auto thread trimmer ( need electronic motor with control - auto thread trimmer mechanic components - hook - feed dog - etc.... ) it's very difficult to change from normal to auto thread trimmer.

I would suggest having the machine check, there are lemons even in sewing

My auto thread component is not egaging the thread down to the needle.

I have had the same problem ever since I got my machine (when it first came out). I think I've figured it out! At least partly.
1. Take the thread cartridge out.
2. With left hand, reach under and gently pull auto-threader down (on the outside of machine - by needle).
3. While pulling it down, keep an eye on the inside. You should see and hear something click as you pull it down.
4. Now you can let go of auto-threader (gently) and replace thread cartridge.
5. It should auto-thread properly now. It will probably do this again, so just keep an eye on it.
I hope I've been clear enough. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Husquvarna Viking Rose thread error

You need to see if the take up spring is moving freely when you are in these first 15 minutes (I assume the machine runs ok after 15 mins).
The take up spring is on the left side of the tension assy. When the thread is pulled up toward the take up lever, you should be able to look through the slot in the front of the machine and see a copper colored wire move up and down as the thread is pulled and released. This is the end of the take up spring. The spring is attached to the thread breakage sensor. If its movement is sluggish, it may cause the machine to falsely indicate the thread broke.
Sewing very slowly may cause this problem to stop. If the machine runs as minimal speed and then gives thread break indication when speeding up, the sensor interrupter is not moving fast enough and should be cleaned and lubed.
