SOURCE: my little brother accidently poured water on my laptop

keep it in a room temperature location for a day or to and try again. f iyt still fails to start, you have a seriously damaged computer--requiring techshop intervention or a new system.

When I accidently push the start button when I mean to push the key button to open the door, the cycle will start again. Is there any way to stop it?

Push and hold down the start button again. The machine will stop. Turn to Spin (to drain the water that burped into the machine when you turned it on by accident). Hit start, let the drain and spin cycle complete. Hit the key button and you're all set.

I accidently poured milk into the glass pitcher when the bottom blade/cap was not on! it went thru the motor unit... I am trying to dry it - what to do? let it completely dry over some hours before trying...

I think that you need to flush the unit with water, I would take it apart, then let it dry COMPLETELY before plugging it in....I suspect that the unit will not be damaged.

I accidentally spilled water in my Lenova T400 Laptop. Its stopped and now its not booting up. Any help will be appreciated

Water and laptops don't mix.l That's a shame. And, many extended warranty agreements will not cover such an accident.

My little brother accidently poured water on my laptop! now it wont turn on what do i do?

I would automatically suspect that when you tried to power it up, the motherboard had a short and fried. If that did not happen and there is just a grounding issue with the fluid, then I would suggest a complete teardown of the laptop along with extensive drying of the parts with a hair dryer and then all the parts need to sit out for a day to make sure there is absolutely no fluid or condensation in any small groove, space or hidden area. Below is a tear down and service manual for the Aspire One. Good luck.

Touch Pad on my laptop is not working

Follow the guide below to tear the laptop down, you are extremely fortunate that the device is even working. Electronic sircuits and water have never been a good match, and your keyboard and touchpad are essentially just large electronic circuits. There is probably some water still somewhere under the keyboard and it is probably in contact with the tochpad cable or socket. When you have the keyboard off, use a hair dryer on warm and completely dry out all components and make sure all the small flat cables are tight in their sockets.

Water accidently poured into coffee dispenser

If the machine is still working, then you are fine. If you can hear the grinder spin, but nothing is happening, then the water caked-up the grinder. It needs to be taken apart and cleaned. It is best to have this cleaning done by a professional. See the authorized service provider list and bring it in for service.
