I'm getting a loud beeping coming through on the left side of the audio when recording through the USB. The problem is there also through the RCA cables but to a lesser extent.
Could this be some sort of grounding issue? The beeping is a constant tone somewhere around the 1kHz region

- thanks,
I called the company, turns out it was just a faulty cartridge.
The ION should be internally grounded, however, it's possible the Tonearm might be faulty as well. Try a different USB cable as well - make sure you have one rated for the type of USB card you have (1.1, 2,0, etc).
FYI, this isn't the most sophisticated unit on the market, and not very well made either, so you might just have a faulty unit. If it's relatively new, I suggest calling in for warranty info, or try and return/exchange it.

I have a Numark TT USB Turntable. I recently have had to reinstall my programs and can't find the original install disc. Is there a replacement disc or a driver which can be downloaded. Please advise
