You can buy online. But if the cord you want is the one that plugs directly into the wall socket and runs to the power adapter, you can get that at Walmart, K-mart, home centers, hardware stores, computer stores etc.
I would suspect that most A.C. cords could work for this TV. It should be soldered to the main board and not plug in. If you do replace it you need to make sure the polarization is done correctly or a shock hazzard could be present!
