I just replaced the fuser on my printer myself and reset the fuser counter via maintenance mode. I am fairly confident I put everything back together correctly but every time I try to print the paper jams under the toner cartridges. Any advice?
Since you reset the counter you reset your paper size .the paper detection flag ,spring that returns it to its h ome position knocked off. Check all your connectors and make sure the drive gears are meeting up. Most fusers have what they call a pivot gear. It has a spring that engages it to the main drive . Make sure there meeting up. Tip ,mark a gear and make sure it rotates. White out works well to mark a gear. You could have a bad part.
