You can remove apps from your device if you don't want them anymore or you need to clear memory space. If you uninstall an app you paid for, you can reinstall it later without buying it again.
Uninstall or disable apps
Open your device's Settings app .
Tap Apps or Application manager.
Tap the app you want to uninstall. You may need to scroll to find the app.
Tap Uninstall or Disable.
Uninstall vs. disable
There are two ways to remove apps depending on whether you downloaded the app or if it came preinstalled on your device:
Uninstall downloaded apps: If you downloaded an app from Google Play, you can completely remove it from your device.
Disable preinstalled apps: Some apps come preinstalled on your device. You can disable these apps, but you can't remove them completely. After an app has been disabled, it will be hidden on your device.
Note: Disabling a system app may cause other apps to misbehave and will delete your associated data for that app.
If you want to get rid of the bloatware ( preinstalled apps) and they can't be uninstalled then you have to root your Phone and install any app which uninstalls system apps like "play books, play movies, Samsung apps etc." I prefer you to use link2sd.
If your system is out of contract and does not have any warranty left (because this will void any warranties on the phone), you need to use (https://www.kingoapp.com/) KingoRoot app to root your cell phone. Then use (System app remover (ROOT) by Jumobile Tools) to clean storage space. But, this program to uninstall some or most of the applications (User & System Apps) that you do not need or do not use.
Also, if you have a micro-SD slot with a micro-SD card in it, using the phone's App Manager, move some of the non-frequent used app to the micro-SD Card.

The 122 Error is from the previous phone's carrier voice mail system. To remove you need to remove that internal APP which requires you to root your phone first in order to remove it and any other useless pre-loaded APP's. You can try Kingo to see if it will root your phone.
Most Samsung Android phones come with lots of preinstalled apps, you CAN'T remove. The only option is to root the phone. Be aware rooting is not difficult, when you knowhow to do it. But one mistake can brick your phone. (make it useless)
You must have the correct ROM, for your model phone. There is no such thing as an universal ROM for Android.
If youve installed the program you can remove it from the Programs-app, under settings.
If its the preinstalled Nokia-app there is no way to safely remove it.
If all fails you can hard-reset your phone, but then you lose everything youve put on the phone.
