Adding air time when does it show the added air time

The adding adding coolant means you have a leak somewhere, and low coolant level will cause this. How often do you check the fluid levels? Check for leaking hoses, weak radiator or expansion tank cap, leak at the water pump, and leaks around the radiator.

You need to start this when it's cool not hot take your radiator cap off start the engine start adding water into the radiator keep checking it with your finger and keep adding when the water turns warm to the touch keep adding water if it's taking it and squeeze your upper radiator hose continuously to burp out the air keep adding water try that and see how it works

When self adding freon after it leaks out you get air trapped in the system. After adding freon a couple of times the air expands not leaving room for the needed freon. To continue adding freon with air tapped will knock the compressor out pretty quickly, there's not enough room for both & the air is keeping the freon from being able to cool properly give the false indication of being low on freon. The freon you are adding has the dye added to assist in finding the leak since freon does not evaporate nor dissipate it its being leaked out. A black light will assist locating the leak. The best thing is to have the unit checked & serviced by a mechanic...he'll charge about $ 150.00 to check for leaks, remove the old freon...his machine will tell him how much air its trapped in the system by how little freon is removed. For the service fee he will replace valves & gaskets, where needed, correcting most leaks. After sucking the system down & recharging the problem should be corrected.

are you sure your not waterlogged?if you keep adding water and its not showing that is the first thing i would wonder

run a vacuum pump on it prior to recharging. Chances are you're adding refrigerant to air. But more importantly, if you're adding refrigerant, you got a leak. It's useless to keep adding refrigerant without finding and repairing the leak, and not removing all air out of the system prior to adding refrigerant

4. take your new card to a register and pay for your merchindice
5. follow the instructions on the back of your newly purchased card

you could have a leak in the ac system which would be why you had to add freon. take it to a repair shop and ask them to check fo rleaks because adding more freon wont fix your issue if there is a leak.
