Question about 2wire 2700HG-B Router (2700HGB)
Today I was just working on my homework when suddenly my internet went down. I looked at my 2WIRE2701HG-B LED's and saw the power light red and the wireless light green. I called technical support to see if I could get a replacement, but I was told that my warranty for the modem was due. They told me some interesting info, though. They said I could go to any AT&T store near my area to try to get a replacement. whutukneed also mentioned that you can go to Radio Shack to find a power cable. That's what I'm going to do!
You can try upgrade the firmware of the device first and then reset to factory default.
