Your tv is fine! The power supply has a short or defective component. I suspect its a transistor or capacitor(s) on the power supply. These are easily replaced. This may not fix the entire problem. Its possible that the inverter board has shorted or malfunctioned as well due to a domino like effect caused by a failed component on the power supply.
Worst case scenario the entire PS (Power Supply) needs to be replaced. The cost for PS are roughly $50 (but as much as $200) and easily replaced. My charge is $40 to replace a board.
Have it fixed by someone you trust. It shouldnt cost more than $100 and be good as new when repaired!
You need to check the output voltages of the power supply to see which one goes off. It may be due to short circuits some where,if otherwise, It's the problem of overheating in the power supply board of the TV.on the power supply board of the TV there are few capacitors and IC.any of this ic is got short or may be weak.so due to this when you start the TV the current passes from electric outlet to the power supply board of TV.but when the current passes from that weak/faulty part at that time current gets stopped or slow and the board overheats and TV shuts off. this is a common problem faced by many other users too.the possible option to solve this issue is to check the power supply board by a meter and continuity tester and replace the faulty component on the board which is short due to which power supply board is getting overheated.its bit technical job but yes its not at all a costly repair to do or get it done by the technician. for required parts it can be easily available from local electronic hardware shop.
Hoping this will help in solving the problem....

Hi, most causes of battery cell running down very fast is because the problem is not from the battery, but from the cell phone it self.
Some times a phone will just start malfunctioning due to when something happens to a phone earlier and no action was taking during that particular period in time, it might make the cell phone to malfunction later on.
The problem of the phone is an IC chip inside on the board of the cell phone that has been damaged that is making the battery cell to discharge. You will need to replace the IC inside the phone.
The more you don't repair the IC on time inside the phone, you will keep on buying more batteries.
To fix or replace the damaged IC, you can contact an expert on phone repair for help.it's a little bit technical to handle.

This occurs because there is no power reaching the screen. The power supply has been kind of ruptured or is not supplying enough current to the screen. This is due to a faulty converter. Your screen might have been damaged due to uncontrolled current to the screen. I advice you replace the screen or see a specialist, okay. Hope these help.
Your power supply board is dead, u know basic electronics' and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors. These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable, and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
