First thing is clean the filters: Heat tank filter on the tank cap, and then the Flow Indicator Filter (turn the Flow Indicator Cap counter-clockwise and remove, lift rotor and filter out. Clean filter and reinstall in reverse order) Consumer Care # 1-800-237-7691

It sounds like you are having some issues with your Karcher Puzzi 10/1 carpet and upholstery cleaning machine. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Make sure that the hose is securely attached to the machine and that there are no kinks or blockages in the hose.
Check the filter to make sure it is clean and not clogged. If the filter is dirty or clogged, it can reduce suction power.
Check the solution tank to make sure it is properly seated and sealed. If the solution tank is not seated correctly, it can cause problems with suction.
Make sure that the machine is turned on and that the switch is set to the "suction" mode.
If the problem persists, you may need to take the machine to a Karcher service center for further diagnosis and repair.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
First make sure it's putting out enough water. There can be enough water coming out to get the carpet wet but not enough that it picks up much water. This is most often the problem to most machines brought in for repairs. If it's putting out enough water and can't pick it up there has to be something restricting the suction. It could be a clog or something is allowing air to leak restricting suction. Inspect the areas where the suction comes from the machine, through the dirty water tank all the way down to the floor nozzle.
Your collection canister may not be positioned tight enough in its place ment site. Tip machine back using foot pedal (as if you were going tio start using machine to clean) Insert collection canister (bottom container, then insert top canister with solution. The two canisters must be flush with machine side seams and must sit in position tightly. This is sometimes very tricky and may take a little elbow grease to make it click into place. Hope this helps
Assuming this is the pro heat version
Most likely you have some debris blocking the system. You need to follow the hand tool cleaning instructions.
remove the hand tool and manually wash it
select the tools cleaning option
place the tube in a bowl of clean water and allow it to **** the water up - this should clean out any blockages in the pipe.
Look at the bottom, where the water comes out and comes back
in? Is it filled with hair/dirt? It might need to be cleaned out where
the water sucks up in at. Otherwise I would go to Hoover.com website for
f.a.q.s or technical support.

If you find that your cleaning solution will not dispense, check that
the tank is securely in the locked position. There is also a chance
that the solution tank is empty, in which case fill it with cleaning
fluid. Ensure that the recovery tank lid is firmly in place.
or
Prime the pump. Priming means to remove air from the system so that the
cleaning fluid can flow to the tool. You "prime the pump" by attaching
the tool to the hose and turning the carpet clearer to ON. Then put the
tool on a hard surface or against your hand to block the suction. It
may take up to 15 seconds to remove all the air. Once this is done,
squeeze the trigger on the machine and begin to clean.
Thank You.
The power wire may have slipped off. take apart the unit at the top (Behind the cleaning fluid container) Inside there is a wire coming up from the motor at the bottom of the unit. This can come unlpugged no longer powering the scrub brushes. Simply slip the wire back on the plug.
To open: remove all visible screws from top half of machine. Remove the rubber mode dial by pulling off, and remove screw behind that. Pull the front off, and the power plugs are located right on the inside of the machine by the mode dial.
for the suction, check the intake hose the comes out from behind the floor assembly. it tends to split over time
