Green led light blinks, stops . no picture or sound. I DID REPLACE Two CAPS

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. The main board of your TV should be troubleshooted. It is a very skilled work, and you must have sufficiant knoledge in electronics and expereince to work with digital printed circuit boards. In most cases, the repair to this board will be immpossible, and may replace it as card basis.

The DM capacitors have failed which causes the led to blink non stop green. Replaceing the DM caps will usually repair the issue. But need the model number of the set to assist you further.

This unit, when first plugged in or after power interuption takes 70 to 90 seconds for the digital module to boot up. During the time the LED blinks green and the set will not respond to anything. After the appropriate amount of time the blinking should stop and the set should operate normally. If the blinking never stops then you have to have the Digital Module repaired.

Your TV is in fault protection. Due to blows caps on the PSB-power supply board.

If the power supply outputs are good! Then I would say the back light inverter is bad! If the screen stays black and does not come on.

Problem is a bad audio IC esp if your are reciving 11 blink code
if it is a 5 blink code replace Crystal 1h00 On Ssb new part number is 24225430 1397

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

often the capacitors will show no visible sign of swelling. 90% of the time the blinking light symptom is caused by those capacitors
