Does the screen display anything when the charger is plugged in?. if so then your models firmware is corrupt. otherwise maybe the battery is not charged. To update your firmware visit Creative`s website and download the appropriate firmware update for your model.
I also have the same problem. I just bought 2012 blu ray dvd, and tried to play on my sony blu ray player. The player kept on loading but nothing showed up. The log appears the same message 4 000000.
I thought that the disc is defective and tried to return it to the retailer. The retailer told me that Sony blu ray player needs to have the program updated. I never knew that a blu ray player needs to update its program. The retailer's sales took my disc and played on a PS3, and it worked.
I came home and went to Sony website to download a firmware update. Followed the instruction and did the update. After you update the player, it will be able to play 2012.
Remember be careful with any firmware updates,
since for instance EX31 means here not only F/W version, but also
drive IDE setting / "orientation" (MASTER / SLAVE / Invert CSEL)
and there is absolutely no warranty that this update will fix your drive reading problems...
Any popular program such as Roxio or Nero will work. If you have still have a problem, you may need to update your firmware. See http://club.cdfreaks.com/f44/liteon-dh20a4p-h-fast-burn-enhanced-overspeed-enhanced-oht-firmware-new-231875/
Have you tried updating the firmware of your Zen V Plus? I've had mine for almost an year and haven't had these issues -- I updated the firmware as soon as I unpacked it.
try downloading the MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.
By the way, before updating the firmware, let the battery have a full charge, ok?
