My LG Microwave (Intellowave) model MG-608AP is not working. The touch panel needs replacement. Any help here?

first of all how did you come to the conclusion that the board is not working.?
one solution is find a small stepdown transformer,and check if tracks on the PCB is cut(happens sometime),if so join them eithe with solder or a thin copper wire.Also check filer capcitor.If it is bulging replace them usually 1000Mfd/25volts

possibly ebay. But you need to know what size the plate is. I'm trying to figure that out myself - I can't find a model number only "intellowave" and one touch control

try ebay they sometimes turn up on there

If it's made for (or safe for) microwave ovens it should work in any of them, and I would just follow the steamer's instructions.
