why i can't print. It say the cartridge have a problem when i start to print. Also when i want to print it my work, the catridge will stuck. And then i check the printer properties it say the printer is offline but my printer still connected. My printer is HP 2360 and i using continuous ink. It that true my printer or my cartridge already damage.
