What kind of cable of printer you are using,(usb/serial) is suported or not mens stal or not .Look on device manager 2/ printer cable may be damage change to check it.3/ go on control panel and look printer setting. 4/ reinstall softwere to check 5/ your down load file .mean sofwere is good or not.

Tips for a great answer:
