I fixed my own bidet problem. i caused the tank to not fill when i installed the bidet T connecting to the pipe fitting on the lower water pipe under the tank. when i tightened it the plastic floater moved as well and then it was rubbing against the housing inside the tank stopping the floater from floating up freely and then turning off at the top when full.
Guess floater is stuck and won't open the valve so it must be readjusted. Some of these floaters ar kind of "better mousetraps", getting to complex some conceptially simlpe device..
Also have seen some cheap Chnese floates which are not good for anything.
Check if floater goes downwards when you flush water. Should floate freely. If you cant get it to work by moving it downwards, I don't want to sound simplist but I feel if you should call lthe person who installed it and ask him to get it to work.
