Question about Televison & Video
On watching TV my pvr is stuttering and jumping.
Check the power-supply for blown electrolytic capacitors. Mine had a faulty 2200uf. replaced that and now its all good

I have a TEAC HDR 1600T, the signal to the TV is good as the TEAC Relax logo comes up, the unit itself says "good" in the display, but I can not get any reponse out of the unit either with the remote or directly pushing buttons on the unit itself. Was working fine prevoiusly.

The hard disk gets very very hot, I suggest you switch it off when not in use and reformat once in a while. I think the cpu (some motorola or something) isn't particularly fast as it can only handle so much at the same time as well.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
