Check the coolant first. Add as needed. Once full. heat it up in the driveway and check for leaks. 3.4 montana, I would guess the water pump. Change the T stat also.

I had the same problem. Goodwrench looked at my car for 2 hours could not figure it out. Then they unpluged the body control module and plugged it back in and presto, problem solved.

SOURCE: low beam headlights not working on 2004 Pontiac Montana extended

You headlight lamp have a diffuser mechanism which allows it to flip between the hight beam and low beam feature of the bulb. In fact, you high beam will function even if the low beam is not working.

I would recommend the purchase of the new headlight lamp. It would cost you you any where from $15.00 per unit to get a replacement lamp

SOURCE: 2005 Audi A4 2.0T oil sensor warning

These engines had an issue with the oil pick up sceen getting clogged this may be the case. If so the oil pan would have to come off and either replace or clean the screen. It would also be recomended to flush the oil system with an oil flush kit. BG makes an additive that works pretty good.

While i was doing off road driving a warnning light (a/t oil temp) turn on, i looked underneath the car and i found oil leak drop after drop, not too sure now should I change the transmition oil and filter...

Change the transmission fluid and filter. The light says fluid temp. is high, so you may have some burnt fluid-deadly for transmissions. Drop the trans. pan and look for metal shavings-too much will indicate failure of transmission parts. If not too much, you may be alright with fluid and filter change.
Stop the leak,. make sure it is trans. fluid, not motor oil. If motor oil, stop the leak and change oil and filter. I would do the transmission regardless, since the light came on.

2001 montana "service engine soon"

Hello and welcome to FixYa!

This warning serves as like a maintenance warning. It can just be a simple oil and filter change. Not a big deal but definitely you need to have an oil change.

Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

We are looking at a 2003 montana, with 155,000 miles. it is in good shape, but has the abs light on, any advise it drives well, stops well, seems well taken care of.

Pull the error codes and trace the fault. Most common is a sensor in front, usually below the radiator, it gets road salt in the electric coupling. Replacement comes with new wiring, easy to change...but PULL THE CODES, and follow that result.

Beeps while driving

My van did this aswell, you must have a power sliding door, when it is not latched properly this warning goes off but it won't say on your message center "door ajar". Stop and reopen the door and close it again no more bell. good luck.

Oil light keeps coming on at an idle

ok. oil ight is probably nothing more than a faulty pressure switch. You can have pressure checked at same screw in port. 15psi is ok...just. very cheap to replace. Ign control module is probably the cut-out fault. You cant really test it; repair by substitution is the trick.
