I have nokia n95 it have too week 3g network in my house,how can i cange its frequency

Sounds like you're getting 3G interference. It happens because you're just on the edge of a 3G area. The same happens to me on both my N95-8GB and N73. The phone is detecting a weak 3G but it's not enough to make a call.
You need to go to "Tools" -> "Settings" -> "Network" and switch from "Dual mode" to "GSM" The phone will say it needs to restart, select "Yes"
The phone will then restart and you shouldn't suffer any more 3G blackouts.

Try contacting your network provider and ask if Roaming is activated with you. If not, then tell them to activate it. Then you may have to wait a while or it could activate straight away.

Also try turning you're phone off and on.

it is still not possible to unlock via any software at the moment. so you might need to wait till the unlock solution comes to your nearest local mobile unlocking shop

You can unlock it, but your contract will not go away. If you signed on the dotted line for 18 months or whatever, then that is when the contract will end.
Type *#06# to displays the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number, that's the number required to unlock your phone. However your service provider could BLOCK it permanently.
