Hi Cathy,
Make sure bothphones are switched on and Bluetooth is enabled. Then select a file to be sent to your phone, then select options, send, send by Bluetooth, search. This should get the first phone searching for your phone. Then follow the instructions.

How do i load music into my new i856 by boost

according to motorola, this phone has bluetooth and micro SD card slot.
if you have computer with bluetooth, then you can pair the computer and phone and simply send music files wirelessly via bluetooth.
if you dont have bluetooth, then you can buy a cheap usb bluetooth adapter from ebay and have a bluetooth enabled computer, then follow above step.

if you have SD card slot on your computer then you can get a SD card to micro SD card slot adapter from ebay or elsewhere, where you can simply put music on then card from pc and then transfer the card to the phone.

here is the phone manual.for safety read the whole manual.
p.55 for music and p.79 for bluetooth instructions.

I just got a samsung j750 but am dissapointed because there was no usb included to connect to the computer, i have tried using a bluetooth piece for the computer to send music and videos to my phone but is...

If you really want to use bluetooth keep well away from cheap bluetooth dongles. They, at best, work 10% of the time.
I suggest you invest in a EZURiO or the D-Link DBT-120 dongles.
I have a bucket full of cheap chinese dongles. The only one's that work with any consistency are those two.
