Vision Tech. why does it work for three washes, then stops as if locked?

A top-load washer tub is usually supported by four suspension rods. If one of the suspension rods becomes dislodged or breaks, the control board may stop the spin cycle several times to try to balance the clothes. Suspension rods will often come in a set of four and it is recommended to replace all four of the rods at the same time to reduce uneven wear.

This machine is unknown to us in North America and appears to be a Singapore make?

First disconnect from power overnight to Reset the Control Board. If that doesn't work, the motor has a variable speed controller and it may be faulty. The can be other reasons as well, like a door lock that isn't working.

sound like an electrical circuit problem..I had to have mine changed. There are circuit boards that control these functions.

Randall, the high speed spin failure can be caused by a number of issues. I would suggest starting the machine without any clothes in it. Once it has filled, make sure the door lock light is on and that the door is, in fact, locked. If the light is not on, or if the door is not actually locked, either the door lock assembly or the control panel is at fault.

If the light is on and the door is locked, stop the wash cycle and start a drain and spin cycle to see if all of the water is pumped out of the drum. All water should be pumped out within 10-15 seconds. If excess water is in the drum, the high speed spin will not start.

are your clothes wet or do you see water still in the tub if so not pumping out the water to acheive the normal spin speed

Hi On my washer when I press the start button when allready in opperation all the lkights flash and it stops as this second press of the button pauses the machine and need the start button to be pressed again to restart the machine
