The DLP Chip is failing .The DLP or Digital Light Projection Chip contains up to 8 million tiny microscopic mirrors that tilt to project a digital image onto the screen. These mirrors are failing causing light and dark spots to appear.Unfortunately fixing this projector is probably going to cost more than buying a new one. Hope this helps.
magnify the whole thing as much as you can. Then flood fill the area again. Or use clone stamp tool to copy from the finished colour to the new area. Or use brush tool etc
Place a white piece of paper about 1000mm in front of the screen and focus the image sharply.
Choose menu, image, advanced then select color manager.
go through the color options and check if some pixels are permanently on or off (ie small dots or black) instead of a uniform colour on the screen.
