My software got delete for my webcam its still not

1st you should be abale to have the web cam come on without being on skype, so you need to find the software that came with the web cam , if you dont have the software you can download it at www.logitech.com /support and type in make and model ...web cam and download the software it needs ...............if you have done this already , you can try deleteing skype software and then reinstall it ...............Im here to help , so please let me know if this does'nt work for you .......Goodluck ............................Roy

First try to disconnect the web cam and reboot and then try connecting it if that does not work then try to uninstall the web cam software and driver and reinstall it back . the web cam can you used by only one software at a time . Now it is stuck with some software. uninstalling and reinstall the web cam software will reset it .

Try the MSI support website, should be there.

If that does not work, try using a driver finder program. It will also look for compatible drivers if the exact driver is not available.

Pictures taken on a built in web-cam are normally saved in your documents folder specific folder for the software that you are using to take the pictures..If you navigate to the folder you should be able to delete the pictures. Also if the software using for example (YouCam) to interact with the web-cam, they allow you to delete pictures taken with the web-cam. Just click on the image and hit delete or right click the image and choose delete.

Did you have software installed to use the WebCam? You need software to run the WebCam. Install the web cam software in your PC. Look in your program folder to locate webcam software. Then you access the web cam through this software. Your problem must be solved.

your webcam is external or built-in in your laptop? just plug your webcam and it will automatically detect by wyour windows and will be ask a driver for installation of your webcam....if you have a cd driver of your cam insert it to cd-drive and follow the instructions on your screen...

Perform the following steps on the notebook:

1. Right click on the webcam entry in the device manager and choose uninstall.

2. While uninstalling select the option to delete the driver software for the device.

3. Restart the notebook and try to use the webcam.

Even if the issue is same then download youcam software from the following link and install it on the notebook. You will get the you cam icon on the desktop and startmenu from where you can access the webcam.
