Magnavox CD Player Clock Radio not working (by 2 users)

Model No. MCR230SL/17 Serial No. LM 100457 229244
Manufactured 2/2004

Clock lights up. Nothing else works. Power button does not turn on radio, CD player, etc. Cannot change time or set alarm. Changed 9 Volt battery and still nothing. Unplugged and replugged. Clock starts at 12:00 and counts forward, but not at correct time. Can tune radio (dial), but it does not play. Cannot find it listed on product list.

VOLUME ISNT AS LOUD AS IT CAN GO , YOU CAN BARELY HEAR IT
