You may have your aliases missing in your USERS -> PROFILE SETTINGS. Whatever you are using for your email program, go to USERS -> PROFILE or TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> PROFILE and

please make sure your domain aliases have been added under Users > Profile settings.

Blocked from facebook.

You may have been blocked from sending friend requests for (X) amount of days due to; too many sent requests which were ignored/denied, spam messages, harassing behavior, account compromised in which you will simply confirm your account or others such as abusive posts.

These are not permanent blocks.

It is possible that your OS is infected with a malware or virus. The outlook files could be affected and so it might be necessary to reinstall the OS and the outlook once again, then configure your settings with the mail id and password so as to receive and send from your server.
Try and scan the PC for possible virus , run a check to confirm for registry files loss.

'messages sent' deleted by mistake

  1. Log into your Yahoo Mail account - http://mail.yahoo.com
    When you delete messages in Yahoo! Mail, they go to your Trash folder. If you delete a message by mistake, for a little while you'll be able to find it in Trash and move it back to your Inbox or another folder. Just remember that messages in your Trash folder can be deleted at any time, without warning.
  2. To permanently remove the contents of Trash yourself, just click Empty next to Trash on the left side of the page. When messages are emptied from the trash folder, they are permanently deleted from the Yahoo! Mail server and cannot be recovered.

Greetings,
this is a server rejected recipient error message for Outlook/ outlook express. mainly if this is a correct email address that you were trying to send the email on then you need to check for the configuration settings for Outlook express.
Goto Outlook express- higlight mail tab- select the user a/c- click properties on right- goto server tab check that server is
incoming: pop3.eastern.com.ph
outgoing: smtp.eastern.com.ph
click save
