Is the battery pack thing burned out? I left mine on for too long, and had to get a new one. If you left your GC on for too long, then it won't work. Make sure that the cord head going into the GC isn't bent.

We are trying to set up an old super nintendo we have rf adaptor hooked up and its set on right channel but its not showin on tv

probly the connection in the rf adapter is crapped out. there is a cord that is sold with the n64 and gamecube( not sure about the wii) that can connect to the super nintendo. kind of a rounded rectangle plug with a bump at the top that has rca cords ( 3: 1 for video and 2 for sterio sound). look at the back of the nintendo and ull see what im talking about. there should only be 2 outputs. the rf and the other rectangle with a dump one.

the other cord was never sold with the super nintendo just the rf was sold with it.

so if u have a N64 or gamecube you can use their tv input cords

We can't get the console to turn on

I have a gamecube, there is no place for batteries anywhere. Make sure your power cords are plugged in the right place and in there nice and snug so they dont jiggle or move at all. If you still can't get your gamecube to power on it could be time to trash it or send it in for repair. Contact Nintendo if my advice didn't help. here is their number: 800-255-3700 This is a direct repair and troubleshooting line. Best of luck! Hope I helped!

Make sure the yellow wire is plugged in tightly and try pressing the tv/vcr button on your remote. It may say input after you have done that let me know what happens and I will help you the best I can.

HELP

does the console turn on(lights) any sound , I'am going to guess no, if you have a gamecube or snes with rca cables use those and see if it works, the rf adapters for gamecube and n64 are cross compatabile as well, however the one for snes isn't the same, you may just need another cable, also try setting the tv to ch.3/4 and if you have more than one coaxial input try changing to another , if the console is not turning on then it may be a bad power cord or the mem pak isn't seating right or the console has died, most likely the rf switch has died thought, rca will last longer anyway, either go get one from a local gamestore or if you cant find one for 64 get the gamecube cords they have the same connector on the console end. Hope that helps
