Question about Kenmore 96213 Electric Kitchen Range
We have an electric range in which the 2 burners on the right will not work properly. They turn on initially and heat up, then turn off again within 10 seconds. Sometimes they will heat up again, but immediately turn off again. I know that electric stoves heat up and cool down in order to maintain a certain temperature - but this is not the case w/ these 2 burners. The 2 burners on the left work fine. I can not boil a pot of water on either burner on the right. Where would we begin...a short circuit? A thermometer? Thanks in advance!
Ok, first check that the ranges are seated properly , clean the connectors , do a test , if it still doing the same problem , then you need to replace the modules of each range thats not working,in this case 2 modules.
