Question about Cameras

1 Answer

When I take pictures with my CX7530 EasyShare camera, a white circle appears near the middle of some of my pictures. I can see it when I hit Review and also when they are developed. I changed memory card and the problem continues.

Hi donna,

there is a possible obstruction on the shutter or the reflective lens in the camera. Has the camera ever fell or was stored unused for a period of time?

we can provide DYI repairs for the camera and show you how to do it, but first, will it be possible is you post here a sample picture showing the circle in it so we can check if this is also an issue with the digital converter.

i'm looking forward to your reply.

regards,

voodoo

My camera is a older easyshare CX7530, I've never been able to set the timer to take a picture,is there a easy way to do it , I can't find my manual.

In any still mode, press the self-timer button (marked with a one=handed clock). Start the self-timer by pressing the shutter release button.

You can view the manual online at
http://support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/18546/kw/cx7530

The self-timer is in the "Putting yourself in the picture" section.

My camera won't turn on

Well theres yoiur answer. If you have banged it or dropped it you have possibly cracked the motherboard inside. Sometimes these work intermittently with rthis type of misuse. other timjes it just stops. Cheaper to buy a new one than muck around getting it fixed

Delete Button on Kodak Easyshare CX7530 doesn't work

I had same problem. I opened up camera and simply move the back of the delete button around a bit to ensure the button would hit the contact when pressed. Closed the camera back up and it now works fine. I have dropped the camera a number of times I think the button and the contact became misaligned.
