Problem with billing ---billed twice a months for the last 3 months

I'm being billed double the amount each month. I've contacted the bank & they're looking into it. Can you contact me? If this problem isn't rectified soon I will disconnect & ask for a refund. Thank you. Patricia Petrin

I want to view my last account as I have seen the amount taken from my bank account and it is above the amount that I generally pay monthly

Call the bank to check on source of withdrawals/payments. This happens when my cable bill goes up without notice.

Why am i getting billed 2 time for the last couple of monthsfor i have 1 account

One account with what? You need to query the billing department of whatever entity is billing you. I recommend that you have at hand your registration details which include any email address you used, the date you enrolled with the service or purchased the product, any confirmation number of the transaction, the product identification number, and the amounts charged.

What would be unusual about being billed twice if it is a service for which you are charged monthly and two months have passed? If you have been billed twice for the same service or item, have you checked the date range for each of these bills, if they are separate bills? Is there a particular date by which a bill is requested to be paid? If payment was after that date, a second billing might have been issued.

If any of these charges are appearing on a credit card, be sure to have the card and the details of when the charges showed up. With these details, you may be able to find out what is going on by phone or email.

Why am I being billed for an account that was canceled last month?

Hi,

Most providers bills the customer the next month of your usage. So probably, you are billed for the services you used last month.
One sure way to know is to call the provider and get a clarification why you were billed. But if you canceled last month, this should be your last bill to pay.

Billed twice a month

Here is mathway's support page: Mathway Support

In the top-right corner of the page the is a link to submit a support request: https://mathway.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you fill in the support request hopefully mathway will respond and resolve your billing issues.

I can also recommend you contact your bank or credit card company, as they may be able to stop or even reverse payments to mathway.

Paying your bills online can save you time and save money on envelopes and stamps.
Once you complete the sign-up process for online bill pay you can set your bills to be paid automatically.
Online bill pay can also help ensure your bills are on time even when you leave them until the last minute.
Some banks charge a fee for online bill pay so if you are planning on paying most of your bills this way, consider opening an account that offers free online bill pay.

Log into your bank's online banking website.
If you have not registered for online banking you may have to contact your bank during business hours to register.
Locate the online banking link on the website.
Read your bank's online bill pay policies and fee disclosure that should be displayed once you click the online bill-pay link.
You must agree to these policies and fee disclosure before completing registration for online bill pay.

Click the add payment or new payment link to set up your first online bill payment.
Enter any information requested by your bank.
Your bank will normally ask for the name of the creditor or utility provider, address and the normal amount of payment.
You may also be asked for the due date for each month.
If the due date is not the same each month you should set the due date for the earliest possible.

Click the save or accept button. Repeat the process for each of your bills you wish to pay online.

I had Ruud heating and cooling installed five years ago. Last summer my electric bill doubled when I began running my air conditioner. It did not do that the first few years that we were in this house. ...

Hello In a way you are stuck with what is called a S.E.E.R. rating which is a statement of efficiency from the manufacturer.Ex: a 10seer is less electricity to run than a 14 seer. The model # would have told me the seer rating.A 4 ton `1 zone is a large unit but even a 10 seer 4 ton is never cost prohibitive to operate and Never doubles the electric bill in 5 days out of thirty. Is the home unoccupied all month and you use it on weekends?Did the neighbor run a strange wire to your property? There might be stray or lost voltage in rare cases if there is poor grounding issues.Has the unit been serviced? A low freon charge will cause a unit to run excessively long and not cool.Do you run the indoor blower all the time.Has there been any other major purchases made (at all) that you plug in?I would look at everything because there is some cause for DOUBLE bill amount not just the cooling bill.Good luck
