Dual-tone siren meaning - hardware monitoring signalyzed that some problems with mobo, to ex.:

- any Temperature (from any sensor) is bad
- frequency of cooler is bad (or not connected)

If you have the users manual or can find it online, first try to diagnose the beeps that the MB makes. Generally there is a troubleshooting section that will give you a list or error beep codes.

If it is just the fan making noise and you feel that you can remove the thing, I have had luck peeling back the sticker on the center of the fan and adding a couple drops of thin oil (mineral oil tends to do the trick) to the bearing in the fan. Spin the fan a few times to get the stuff worked in and then try it out.

Try checking your power supply or swapping it with one from another computer. See if the low siren noise is coming out of the power supply or off the motherboard. That noise is usually a bad capacitor on the circuit. If it is on the motherboard you would need to replace it.

Before you buy new memory.
Remove your system memory and clean both sides of the contacts of each DIMM with a drop or two of house hold alcohol onto a cotton swab. Do not touch the contacts after cleaning. Reseat the memory and boot the system.

did you try to verify that the WD HDD is the culprit. try external HD enclosure, or much simpler try the WD on other PC transfer the inf to usb.

ABIT-BL7 make sound

For reference, specifically, this would be indicative of an alarm on the motherboard. The only typical alarm of this nature would be an overtemperature alarm, either for chassis or (more typically) CPU temperature. In this case, it sounds like the CPU fan was failing, causing the CPU to overheat; once the threshhold temperature was reached (BIOS configurable), the alarm sounded. Remember, boys and girls, if your computer is making a sound like an ambulance, there's probably something bad going on.
