Bottom Margin Cut Off! :(

I have a mac os x 10.4 running the hp officejet 6110aio. the printer works fine, but i'm trying to print labels and it keeps cutting off the bottom row of labels. if i click to "fix" the problem when i set up the page, the cells don't align with the sheet of labels. i have over 100 sheets of labels to print and not much time! how can i make my printer print the bottom row?!?!
thanks!!!

Hi I've got the same issue with mine as well. I run Windows XP and have had the printer for 3 years - never been an issue until recently. No settings have been changed at all!

It still scans and prints A4 fine, but whenever it photocopies, the last 3cm of the bottom is cut off. This is regardless of whether I'm placing the sheet directly on the scanner bed or on the paper feeder.

Help would be greatly appreciated if you've fixed yours!

Your printer prints Letter format. Set the printer to A4 standard printing. As I remeber this tab is in the printer in the country/region section. Select your language and as a country select the Cech Rep. Is one of the countryes that uses A4 standard

Will my HP Officejet v40xi All-in-One Printer work with my new macbook?

This printer is not supported by HP under Mac OSX. You may be able to get it to print with limited functionality suing a generic driver, but none of the specialized functions such as scanning will work.
However, installing an emulater program such as VMWare or Parallels will allow you to run Windows on your Macbook. You could then download the driver from HP's website here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=28235&lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=28234&taskId=135
and use the printer from within Windows.
I hope this helps!

My E-mail when printing on my HP Officejet J5780 cuts the right 1/4 page off at the right margin: appears that the font and picture sizes are enlarged and is cut of at the right hand margin.

that is not unusual, as emails are non formatted for printers, you may find that making the page 'scale' to the paper in print setup panel, will help this.

My HP officejet L7680 prints #10 envelopes differently from the intended design. It moves the logo and return address lines to an unwanted location on the envelope face. How can I fix this?

Please consult this HP support article for printing envelopes with your machine. Make sure you have allowed a sufficient margin from the edge of the envelope or the printer will be unable to print your setup. If you're using a MAC os, see here.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Printer keeps showing a stop job with exclamation point

Do you have a Mac OS X?
Maybe you just need to reinstall the driver. Download it through the following link:
http://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/7584/

Let me know if it does not work and tell me what OS version you are using. Click on the Apple menu and select About This Mac to get the version.

Thanks.

Bottom of page is cut off sometimes printing from vista computer

Hi- I'll try to solve this.

Go to the start menu and open the Control Panel. Double click on Printers. Right click the L7580 printer and choose "Printing Preferences" On the preferences window click on the "Advanced" tab. Make sure "Advanced Printing Features" is set to "Enabled" Under "Printer Features" turn "Minimize Margins" to "On"

This should solve the issue. If minimize margins is off, it will cut it off at the bottom.

Setting HP OfficeJet 4315 print preferences on a MAC OS X

Whenever you send a file to print from a program a small window shows up. If it shows only
Printer: Drop down menu ARROW Presets: Drop down menu Some buttons at the bottom
then click on the ARROW pointing down for more options. That will show more info, including a drop down menu that will allow you to change page settings, printing settings, etc. For example, if you want to change the printing quality, select "Paper Type/Quality" from that drop down menu and new options will show up allowing you to change the settings of the printer.

Label Printing Problems

Your problem seems to be due to worn out of rollers. Try a less glossy paper and you can find the difference.
