Get a battery charger hooked up so enough voltage to do this .

you could try to get two male connector charging cable.They sell it at the dealer or on ebay.
And charge the Porsche trough your cigarette lighter socket.For that you could use battery jumper as well. Then you can open the trunk to get to the battery.

You will need a scan tool, or just drive the car and if it was due to battery once the computer finishes running its diagnose checks it will turn light off, this may take a week and some driving around. you could also have the computer scanned to see what code is stored and see if its due to the battery.

hi, this a very common problem that everyone gets when they have either had work done on the car witch involved removing the battery or if the battery has gone realy flat.
The problem is the only place you can get the code from is the main dealers this is due to the fact that its a security feature to stop thieves stealing your stereo and selling it on so to get the code you need to take the car and the owners paper work and also some id to your nearest main dealers they will then give you the code you need and they wont charge for giving you this.

Im sorry their is no easy fix to this but its just to ensure thieves dont nick your stereo and then sell it on with the code so to combat this you can only get the code from the main dealers with the correct documents.

need to re-programme the fob to the vehicle, it seems to have lost its memory due to the battery going flat.you need to have the bar code for the fob , otherwise its a paperweight, and you will need to buy a new one and get the dealership to programme it to the car.

the key should open the door without any batt power central locking is batt , the key should open both front doors!!owered so it should not be a problem !

hi. when u insert ur key and turn to on position with out it turning over check the light display and see if the light flashes with the car&key symbol if that is the case then it is a problem on the key and the imobiliser is not disabling properly have the batteries changed in the key or your key might need reprogramming.
