602 framepro hanging up/rebuilt still hanging up

I have a 602 framepro nailgun. I have recently put a new o-ring kit in it & it is still hanging up. I would like to see an exploded view of the 602 framepro but can't find one anywhere. Maybe I could be missing an o-ring or have a part turned wrong. Can you help me with this?

Framing air nailgun Senco firing valve part question.

The spring is necessary for the head to reset - check your reassembly to make sure the parts are in the proper order and direction - make sure the piston stop in the firing valve is snapped into the head before you reassemble the gun - the head valve shouldn't fall out when you open the head.

Now that I have replaced all O-rings and firing valve assembly. Why do the nail heads still hang up with contact on the side of driver rod?

It sounds like your complaint is that the driver isn't returning all the way up and is getting hung up on the next nail?
There is an o-ring on the cylinder near the bottom that covers several small holes around the cylinder (LB1015) - this acts as the check valve and provides the air reserve to push the piston back up - if this o-ring is damaged or missing it will prevent the piston from returning all the way to the top.

26266403-4ukbeyx4iefg4em1tlva0y55-2-0.gif The other thing to check is make sure your driver is not bent or the end chipped / worn.
Best of luck - let me know if this has helped.

Air nailer vnot operating. blowing air from top close to handle

Your nailer has worn or broken o-rings in the top end. You need a rebuild kit (Senco part number YK0360) to get your gun going again. They are available through most online, after market parts stores. When you get it, remove and replace each seal and o-ring one at a time so you get them all back in their proper place and use all of the grease to lube the o-rings. Use all of the parts in the kit, if one o-ring or seal is damaged the others are not far from failing.

My 602 is passing air from the hammer area in between nail driving,is this normal?

Air leaking past nose of gun during shot is indication of worn/cracked lower bumper. Remove head and pull piston; examine bumper and replace as needed. Air leaking thru nose when airline is connected is indication of leaking cylinder spacer orings (time to reseal gun with oring kit). Parts are available at www.toolpartsdirect.com. Good holidays

SENCO Framing nailer suddenly decided not to fire. Air escapes from top of gun when trigger is pulled

You have some worn/broken o-rings inside the gun. You need Senco repair kit #YK0360 to fix it. Fairly easy to replace the o-rings, just be sure to put lots of lube on the rings as you put it back together.

Framepro 602 only shoots air out a hole in the top when the trigger is pulled, occasionally shoots a nail but more often just shoots air

You have some worn out o-rings in your gun. Get a Senco repair kit #YK0360, use everything in the kit and your gun will be as good as new. Type "senco yk0360" in your search engine and shop around, the kit should be around $45 - $50.

There is not an adjustment for this. You can buy an o-ring kit for this gun that comes with instructions and is easy to install. When the O-rings get worn or to much dirt and grit build up inside the piston and driver will not return all the way up after firing.
