Portions of LG monitor out of focus when compared to other sections of screen, such as folder names on my desktop. Font appears "blurred" while the folder next to it has font sharper in comparison.

Go in control panel --look for appearance and personalization- open adjust screen resolution see if that makes a difference
save and set

    That didn't work. Also, when I turn my monitor off and on it actually gets worse. The resolution degrades and half the screen is black and pushed to the side (if that makes sense). However, I've discovered the "input" button on my monitor somehow fixes it all? Until I turn my monitor off and on again and it goes black and skewed. Any idea what this is? The input button is fixing it but there's obviously something amiss

hi there, its a decousing problem, look for the connection of the decousing which is connected behined the pic tube to the board. check some electronic parts, it may be temperature resistor, termistor, transistors, capacitor, etc.ty

You may not be running native resolution for the LCD screen.
Open Display control panel and on settings tab, set Screen resolution to maximum right position.

SOURCE: Recently the font on my monitor has become a bit fuzzy.

the refresh rate frequency should be 60hz, and monitor resolution 1024 x 768 , should work fine but if the the problem still it might be the lcd monitor getting OLD :) ,you can make sure by connecting the monitor to a different pc and notice the font.

SOURCE: How do you change the font size on the monitor

To change the font size, point your mouse to the desktop then right click. Click on Properties - Appearance (tab). The third option is FONT SIZE. You can adjust the size from there.

Quick and easy Font Management in Mac OS X
A lot of my customers have asked what font management software I recommend. Over the years I have tried Suitcase, Master Juggler and many other solutions. Unfortunately I have run into many problems and instabilities in these products, leading me to seek out an easier cleaner way to load and unload fonts.
Thankfully OS X has everything included to do this task FREE...... Yup FREE!

Begin by finding your user font folder. It should be located at YourHD>Users>YourUserName>Library>Fonts.

Click on that folder and drag it to the left bar where Applications, Desktop, and other favorite folders are kept. An alias to this folder is now accessible whenever you have a Finder window open.

Now create a folder at your hard drive root and name it “Recent Fonts”. Drag that folder to the left bar as well. You now have a load and unload folder a drag away from easy font loading. When you choose fonts to use in your project, load them into a folder named with the project name or number. Drag the folder into the font folder in your left bar. Presto- your fonts are ready to use, instantly loaded by OS X. When you’re done with the project, click on the Font folder in your left bar and drag out that project font folder and put it in the “Recent Fonts Folder”. This will keep your fonts lean and mean!

Many improvements have come in the aforementioned font management software and may well be worthwhile using, but I find this method quick and easy and worth the five minutes it takes to set up.

How to change text size to be larger
This depends upon what program you are running.

If you mean the Internet, you can change the view settings on most browsers by zooming in (go to "View" in your toolbar).

If it's a Microsoft application like "Word" or "Excel", you can increase the font size or the magnification of the document - again, from the toolbar.

I want to download its software how can i do it?
By software do you mean the phones software/firmware?
If so...
you will need to download EFS, find that here and an alternative version here (use this one if your pc flags the first one as a virus)
  • First, on your pc's desktop, create a new folder by right clicking in an empty space and choose new - folder, name this LGAPP or something that you will remember.
  • Now open the EFS program, but don't connect your phone yet. You will see a large empty screen with an "explore" button on the top bar, press this.
  • A smaller empty box will open in the middle, click cancel on this one.
  • You will notice that the screen is now split into 4 sections. In the bottom half is your Pc's files, the top half will show your phones files once we are connected.
  • In the bottom left section, find your desktop where you saved the new file that you named before. Open the desktop folder and then open the newly named file, the bottom right section should be empty.
  • Now, put your phone into "Data mode" by going to Settings-Phone settings-Connectivity-USB connection mode-Data mode. Return to the home screen.
  • Now on EFS close the first window so you are back to the empty screen with the explore button at the top. Click "explore" again, the small empty box will reappear.
  • Now when you connect your phone you will have about 3 seconds to tick the box that appears in the top left of the small box and then hit connect in the bottom right of the small box. If a warning appears and says something about a port, just disconnect and reconnect your phone.
  • Once connected you will see your phones files in the top half of the screen.
  • Make sure that the bottom half is still showing the folder you named earlier.
  • In the top half, right click LGAPP and click re-name, LGAPP(text) should turn blue. Now type TOTO and click in an empty space until it is no longer blue
  • Right click TOTO and choose refresh. This enables you to copy the protected files in your phone
  • DO NOT RENAME TO SOMETHING BLANK!!
  • Your phone will disconnect itself
  • You will get a yellow screen don't panic, just reconnect
  • You will notice that a "ghost" LGAPP folder has appeared, ignore it
  • Now right click on TOTO and choose "read", after a few seconds your files will start to copy to your pc, this will take about 40 minutes, so sit back, go watch tv or somethin just don't turn off your pc or your phone, in fact, don't touch either.
  • Once this has finished you will have a copy of your own firmware backed up. Save this at all costs, put it on a memory stick or something.
  • In the top left section scroll all the way to the top and click the folder with no name (very top one) you should now see TOTO again in the top right section.
  • Right click on TOTO and rename back to LGAPP, then right click and refresh again.
  • Now click on "Disconnect" on the middle bar and choose "yes" from the pop-up. Your phone will now reboot. Thats it your done.
Or go to the LG website if it's Sync software you are after.

How to unlock LG monitor controls? whenever I try to use monitor controls for brightness settings etc it gives a message "controls locked"! please help me to resolve this.... thank you!

How To Transfer images To Your Windows XP/VISTA PC P, td, li {font-family: arial, u; font-size:9pt; margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px; word-spacing:1px;} To transfer images from your camera to your Windows XP PC, follow these steps:
  1. Connect your camera to your PC using the USB cable.
  2. Turn your camera on, and then select the 'Computer' option on your camera.
  3. After you have selected the computer option, a pop-up appears on your PC informing you that Windows has found new hardware. Close the pop-up.
  4. Double click the 'My Computer' icon located on your desktop. The My Computer window appears.
  5. Double click the 'Removable Disk' icon in the My Computer window. The Removable Disk window appears.

    Note: The drive letter associated with the removable disk may be different depending on your system.
  6. Double click the folder names DCIM in the Removable Disk window.
  7. Find the folder named 101SSCAM. The images taken with your camera are in the folder.

open unit, adjust focus pot on flyback, may have 2 focus pots.
do both until satisfied.

If the problem varies with temperature (on time), then you may have a failing flyback.
