It was fine an hour ago. Purchased in Nov. 2009. Was fine earlier now showing blue tint on the bottom of the screen. White line then Blue tint.Running horizontally. Turn it off just fine, back on the section starts out red then fades to blue.

I had the same problem, a vertical blue line from top to bottom on my samsung TV.
Try this download this http://www.jscreenfix.com/video.php i burned it to a dvd and it fixed it within a minute.
