Fixya does not have any walk-in service. I suggest you go to your nearest Walmart to activate your Tracfone.

Hi there, assuming you already have service with Tracfone, you simply need to visit their website and buy airtime pin, or go into a store that sells tracfone refill cards and select the amount you want to purchase. You will be given a pin number either on a receipt or via a card that would have scratch off spot that revels the pin. You may the enter that number into the phone when it request it and you will receive confirmation that the pin was accepted, your airtime as well as you experation date will update. If you wish to buy online you will need a credit/debit card or some other type of electronic payment, if you want to pay cash you will need to visit a store.

You have to call customer service of your phone company and they will give you the PUK number.

Any Walmart can sell you the time.

Sometimes the place you purchased your minutes forgets to register the number on your receipt. Check that out first, or call tracfone and tell them what you are trying to do and tell them your numbers and they will hopefully fix it for you.

Click the center button in the middle of the central directional switch on top of your key board and the first option should read Prepaid, then click SELECT (top button on far left) and then use the DOWN arrow and go to the 7th option, REDEEM AIRTIME, and choose SELECT again then follow the directions and put in the PIN number from your new card or printed receipt and quickly you will receive a text back from TRACFONE confirming, and soon your new minutes will appear on your phones UNITS display.
