3 choices for a chain can be found on the link. Your current chain is likely the green one. Any local chain outlet given your chain as a sample can fabricate a new chain in 5 - 10 Minutes. Oregon Bar & Chain Selector http://www.oregonchain.com/pro/lookups/selguide.aspx?BusId=OCS&SellReg=USA&LangId=ENG Remington, LNT-2, 10", All, All, All Oregon does not offer a replacement bar. I think yours is solid nose bar and may be difficult to find outside of RemingtonPower.
RemingtonPower is no longer in production. The name was purchased by MTD, they are providing some parts here. PartsFor.com http://www.partsfor.com/
They have taken down to link to the Illustrated Parts Breakdowns for RemingtonPower and the part numbers you provided do not cross to anything at the new parts provider. Sorry I could be of more help. There is a phone number at the new parts supplier. They may be able to supply a current part number.

That is not a valid part number (also 8SC NLA Remington & Master). If the pole saw is an RPS96 (LNT-2) with the original or equivilent 8" bar, YOU can make an informed decision based on the following: "Remington; LNT-2; 8"; All; All; All". You are presented with 3 choices on the following table.
The above results are for an original or equivalent (34 drive link chain to fit) 8" bar. Only YOU can determine your level of expertise, how much risk you are willing to assume and choose one of part numbers listed. Once you make your choice it can be found on the Internet or through local merchants. If your local outlet does not handle Oregon your choice can easily be converted to other chain manufacturers part numbers. I suggest a few phone calls to save you time and gasoline. Given the Oregon part number and your assurance of a purchase, if my store, your chain would be waiting when you walked in the door.

While Bar Chain oil will probably work, the owners manual (sitting in front of me) on page 9 says to "use SAE #30 motor oil". This is the owners manual for Models: M12510US, M15012US, M15014US, M15014AS, M30016US, M30016AS, M30016AW, M35016UW, M35016AW. Remington Electric Chain Saw
