Question about Maytag Neptune MLG2000A Front Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
I HAVE A MAYTAG WASHER WHEN MY WIFE WASH A LOAD OF CLOTHS, AFTER THE CYCLE FINISHES THE CLOTHS ARE STILL WET, IT DOESN'T RING OUT THE WATER FROM THE CLOTHS COMPLETELY, SOME ONE TOLD ME IT COULD BE THE BELT COULD BE LOSE, AND ONE PERSON SAYS IT THE CONTROL TIME ABOVE, I'M CONFUSSED,PLS LET ME KNOW THE PROBLEM.
THANX FOR ALL YOUR HELP, SHOW
Could either be the settlement issue, or it could be a clogged control valve. Turns out that this washing machine is very sensitive to certain kinds of soaps and if you use a detergent that is too dense or use too much, over time, your valve will become clogged and need replacement.
By the way, on the lawsuit, Maytag takes a firm stance on any new claims as they did specify an expiry date to take claims. I escalated to senior management at Westinghouse and did get an evaluation done by one of their partners. The problem was not related to the lawsuit issue. The only problem was that the repair company they had sent, didn't call back to re-schedule so I gave my business to someone else.

Check out http://www.maytagfrontloadsettlement.com. This sounds like the same problem many other Maytag customers have encountered (including me).
