Hi, There are 3 things that you need for the motor to start.
1) Fuel 2) Air 3) Spark. Check all 3 and it should run. Good luck.

Then when the next page comes up type "HC-1500" and click search.
Now this is important: You have to keep track of your serial number, your model number and
your engine type.
Even when your looking for parts such as the ignition coil keep track of your serial number.
When you pull the side bar down you'll find the different manuals you can copy. I hope this helped.

If it has not had a service recently, it's probably due by now.
Just take out the spark plug, and if it's black, or 'coked' up, just show it a wire brush.
Also, remove the air filter, and if you have one, show that, a compressor. (or alternatively, just bang it about a bit, till all the loose debris, and collective build-up, are removed.
Afterwards, (if that doesn't solve the problem),
you can adjust the timing, quite simply, by closing, or opening, the gap on the plug.
Or you can open or close the space between the contact, and the magneto.
Both can be very 'effective' means of adjusting the timing.
If problems still persist,
you know who to ask.

it could be extremely flooded with way to much fuel. in the motor.take out the sparkplug turn the ignition switch OFF and pull the starter rope...if there is a lot of fuel blowing out of the cylinder...thats your problem.....buy a new sparkplug and try starting it with no choke and full throttle with the new sparkplug fitted....see how you go.....or its warn out and has no compression to fire up the fuel.....in this case ..its time to upgrade

0.026 inch, or 6-8 mm is the plug gap.
The ignition coil air gap range is 0.012 - .016"" or .3 - .4 mm. This is the gap between the flywheel and the ignition coil.
An easy way to gap your coil is use a normal business card between the coil and flywheel, tighten the screws and remove the card.

Check your fuel lines. It is probably getting air into the system. Also check inside the gas tank to make sure the fuel pick up line is still attached.
