Hello I have a Savourex Pro Line Pressure Cooker/Insta Pot (off brand) model number: l-epc601b and it came without a manual.

I'm sorry to hear that you're missing the manual for your Savourex Pro Line Pressure Cooker/Insta Pot. Since it's an off-brand model, finding specific instructions or resources for that exact model may be challenging. However, I can provide you with some general guidance on how to use a pressure cooker, which should be applicable to your device as well.
Here's a step-by-step guide on using a pressure cooker:
1. Read the safety precautions: Before you begin using the pressure cooker, it's essential to familiarize yourself with the safety precautions mentioned in the manual. This will help you operate the appliance safely.
2. Prepare the ingredients: Start by preparing the ingredients for your recipe. Whether you're cooking meat, vegetables, grains, or soups, ensure that everything is properly washed, chopped, and ready to be cooked.
3. Add ingredients and liquid: Place the ingredients into the pressure cooker pot. Most pressure cooker recipes require a minimum amount of liquid (such as water, broth, or sauce) to create steam and build pressure. Follow the recipe guidelines for the appropriate amount of liquid.
4. Close the lid: Ensure the pressure cooker lid is securely closed. Some models may have a locking mechanism or an indicator to confirm that the lid is properly sealed.
5. Set the pressure release valve: Pressure cookers typically have a pressure release valve that controls the pressure level. Refer to your specific model's instructions to determine how to set the valve for cooking.
6. Select the cooking time and pressure level: Depending on your recipe, you'll need to set the desired cooking time and pressure level. Most pressure cookers have preset cooking programs for different types of food. Alternatively, you may need to manually set the time and pressure.
7. Start cooking: Once you've set the cooking time and pressure, start the cooking process. The pressure cooker will heat up and build pressure inside the pot. The cooking time will begin once the desired pressure is reached.
8. Natural or quick release: After the cooking time is complete, you have two options for releasing the pressure: natural release or quick release. Natural release involves letting the pressure decrease naturally over time, while quick release involves manually venting the pressure using the release valve. Refer to your pressure cooker's instructions to determine the appropriate method for your recipe.
9. Open the lid: Once the pressure is fully released, and it is safe to do so, you can open the lid. Be cautious of the hot steam that may escape when opening the cooker.
It's important to note that these are general instructions for pressure cookers. Your specific model may have additional features or variations, so it's always a good idea to consult the manual if you can find one or reach out to the manufacturer for support.

I need a manual for the Cooks Electric Pressure Cooker. Or can you tell me what is wrong when I put the meat & water in cooker, put top on & plug it in. It starts beeping and E1 keeps blinking on the...

I do not know the Cooks Electric Pressure Cooker. There is the Cook's Essential Digital Pressure Cooker. This model gives an E1 error when there is a broken circuit to the sensor. The manual recommends unplugging the unit and letting it cool. Then restarting the pressure cooker. Since you have the error when the unit is cool, the wiring is broken or the pressure transducer or thermisitor is damaged in the pressure cooker. See https://www.hippressurecooking.com/manuals/Cook/cooks_essentials_K36000_Manual_opt.pdf for this pressure cooker manual. Most likely you have broken wires between the control unit and the pressure and temperature sensors.

Based on the design of the unit, it could be that the wiring is broken between the outer pot and the control panel. If the wiring is damaged between the outer and inner pots, do not try to repair the wiring yourself.

If your pressure cooker is under warranty, I suggest you contact the manufacturer. Otherwise, it may be better for you to get a new unit rather than risk damaging the pressure cooker. Damaged pressure cookers can become dangerous.

Della 12 Quart 1600-Watt Electric Pressure Cooker Multi-Functional Timer Slow Cook XL Part number: 048-GM-48261 Unable to get this cooker to slow cook.

it is possible that you have misunderstood the instructions
for a slow cooker you have low medium and high
press slow cook and on low and in 8 hours the food is cooked
I see from your statements that you expect the cooker to be set on slow cook but cook at a high temperature fast
if it says slow cook --9 hours and the temp is 125 degrees , have you waited 9 hours to see if it is cooked as the slow cooking process is by the gradual build up of heat in the container that is not expelled by radiation to the air
in a pressure cooker , that build up of heat also builds up pressure and so it cooks better
other solution--- if it is not right return it for a warranty refund or if out of warranty , junk it and get a different make

Just been given crock pot with 3 settings can you explain them no manual came with pot

It sure would help us to help you if you could get the model number off of the bottom of the unit. I can probably locate a user's manual with that information. Try this site to locate the manual: (my best guess without a model number)
http://safemanuals.com/314159.php?k=84c8d7db0922eceeab89e8e236b92e45&ID=2854106&q=CROCK%20POT%20SMART%20POT
(209k)
Find the little blue print that says enter security code and then you can dounload the manual.
The settings should be OFF High 4 High 6, Low 8 Low 10 and warm.

1. Place food in stoneware according to recipe.

2. Plug in Smart-Pot™ slow cooker. The Power light will begin to flash

indicating that the unit is plugged in, but not turned on.

HOW TO PROGRAM YOUR SMART-POT™ (CONT.)

3. Push the Cook Time button to scroll through the timed cooking

options. Push once and the 4 hour light will illuminate, twice and the

6 hour light will come on, etc. Select the time based on the length of

time indicated in the recipe. Two time options are usually given. The 4

and 6 hour settings are the HIGH temperature setting and may be

used when you want your food done quicker. The 8 and 10 hour

settings correspond to the LOW temperature setting and is used for all

day cooking. In addition your Smart-Pot™ can be set to the Warm

Setting by scrolling through the timed cooking options until the warm

light illuminates.

NOTE: The Warm setting is for keeping already hot food warm. Do not use

the warm setting to cook or reheat food.

4. When the cooking time is completed, the Smart-Pot™ slow cooker will

automatically shift to the Warm setting and the Warm light will come

on. NOTE: We do not recommend using the Warm setting for more

than 4 hours.

5. To turn the Smart-Pot™ off push the OFF button. Unplug unit from the

wall outlet.

6. For other recipes that give a range of times, select the time closest

to the setting on your Smart-Pot™. For instance a recipe calling for

cooking time of 7 to 9 hours on LOW, set your Smart-Pot™ to 8 hours.

NOTE: If power goes off then power light will blink and settings must be

reset. If cook time is changed before the cycle is complete the time will
reset to the new setting.

I need the user instructions for use

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
I see I am nearly a month late in replying to your post. I just answered another post and when I finished I saw your question.
This is driectly from the user's manual that you can find here with some difficulty:
http://safemanuals.com/314159.php?k=84c8d7db0922eceeab89e8e236b92e45&ID=2854106&q=CROCK%20POT%20SMART%20POT
(Avoid answering questions by looking for the blue text that says "security code" and clicking that) Then enter the 4 digit code to download the manual that is 209k)

1. Place food in stoneware according to recipe.

2. Plug in Smart-Pot slow cooker. The Power light will begin to flash indicating that the unit is plugged in, but not turned on.

3. Push the Cook Time button to scroll through the timed cooking options. In addition your Smart-Pot can be set to the Warm Setting by scrolling through the timed cooking options until the warm

light illuminates.

NOTE: The Warm setting is for keeping already hot food warm. Do not use the warm setting to cook or reheat food.

4. When the cooking time is completed, the Smart-Pot slow cooker will automatically shift to the Warm setting and the Warm light will come on. NOTE: We do not recommend using the Warm setting for more than 4 hours.

NOTE: If power goes off then power light will blink and settings must be reset. If cook time is changed before the cycle is complete the time will reset to the new setting.

That is pretty much the entire user instructions. Everything else is warnings, cautions, and oh yes; don't submerge it in water yadda yadda....
