How do you rotate the discharge 90 deg so it discharges horizontally

are yo talking the nozzles in the spa itself or something else
if it is the discharge nozzles in the spa , and the unit is a bit old , it will be difficult
one method is to get a pin punch that fits neatly in the discharge hole and gently move the nozzle to the new position required
time , body oil and grit makes then hard to move so be patient and do not use excessive force

Adjustment of windscreen washers

use a tiny needle to cleardirt on the holes on the sprayand nozzles you can even adjust the nozzles using the very same neddle by moving the needle to the correct direction that you like it to spray . Pull the hose off the nozzle and check water pressure and see if fluid comes outt, the line may loose pressure or blocked, not the nozzle.
If the line is good than revert back to adjust the spray nozzle using the niddle by putting niddle in the holes of the nozzle and adjust by moving it up and down or left to right it must work..

My HP Deskjet F4488 printer's cartridge is not working . It slides only

Blocked print head nozzles
Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent blocked print head nozzles. You may have blocked print head nozzles.
Try the printer maintenance to clear the printer nozzles.
After several deep cleaning attempts and there is no improvements in the print then a new print head is required.

My printer is going through the process, however paper comes out blank. Ink is showing to be full, but I have not used printer in over a year. Could it be the Ink cartridge?

Yes. When you don't use it for a while, the ink clogs at the nozzles.
Get it cleaned from a capable professional in the area.
If there is no one to support, you can try the following (at your own risk).
Hold the nozzles to steam from a kettle for 10-20 seconds, gently wipe the nozzles with a clean cloth or absorbent paper, and try printing.
or
Put some water into a bowl that is warm such that you can barely put your hand in. Dip the nozzles in water (Don't get the circuit part wet) and gently move the cartridge in water (again, only the nozzles should be in water). gently wipe the nozzles with a clean cloth or absorbent paper and try printing.
Good luck!

Cleaning inkjet nozzles

Here's what I found here:

http://www.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/x5150/eng/ug.pdf

Cleaning the print cartridge nozzles
To improve print quality, you may need to clean the print cartridge nozzles.
Clean the nozzles when:
• Characters are not printing completely.
• White dashes appear in graphics or printed text.
• Print is smudged or too dark.
• Colors on print jobs are faded or they differ from the colors on the
screen.
• Vertical, straight lines are not smooth.

You can use the operator panel or the Lexmark X5100 Series Solution
Center to clean the nozzles.
Using the operator panel
1 Load paper in the All-In-One. For help, see page 16.
2 Press Options until Cartridges appears on the display.
3 Press the right arrow until Clean appears on the display.
4 Press Select.
A nozzle page prints forcing ink through the nozzles to clean the
clogged nozzles.
5 Print your document again to verify your print quality has improved.
6 To further improve print quality, try wiping the print cartridge nozzles
and contacts (see page 44), and then print your document again.
7 If print quality has not improved, try cleaning the print cartridge
nozzles up to two more times.
Using the Lexmark X5100 Series Solution Center
1 Load plain paper in the All-In-One. For help, see page 16.
2 Click Start Programs Lexmark X5100 Series Lexmark X5100

8 If print quality has not improved, try cleaning the print cartridge

Wiping the print cartridge nozzles and contacts
If the print quality does not improve after cleaning the print cartridge
nozzles, dried ink may be on the nozzles or contacts. To wipe the print
cartridge nozzles and contacts:
1 Remove the print cartridges. For help, see page 38.
2 Dampen a clean, lint-free cloth with water.
3 Hold the cloth against the gold nozzle area for about three seconds.
Gently blot and wipe dry in one direction (this prevents the colors in
the color cartridge from mixing).
4 Hold a clean, damp section of cloth against the contacts for about
three seconds. Gently blot and wipe dry in one direction.

Paper moves through, printheads move across , but no ink appears on paper ?

Well as it is an inkjet printer the cartridges are either empty or there is dried paint stuck in the nozzles (this happens when you don't use the printer for some time).
You may try either printing a cartridge/nozzle cleaner page (some printers call this a nozzle check, basicly printing a page with very intense colored stripes).
Or you may remove the cartridges and wash the nozzles (note the bottom of the cartridge, only) with warm tap water. That usually works but don't expect much from it.
Worst case scenario: buy new cartridges, refilling won't work anymore.
Good luck!

I have a 2002 Trailblazer with windshield washer problem. The washer motor works, but no fluid is coming out. The problem first started with one of the nozzles spraying poorly. Now they don't work at all.

The nozzles are clogged. With a needle or pick, clear the blockages from the nozzles. Make sure you disconnect the hoses from the back of the nozzles before cleaning and reconnect them afterwards.
