Apex TV AT2002 has sound and no picture.

The APEX AT2002 television only has sound and no picture. d I cannot change the chanel. On the tv screen there is a red key.

I am not familiar with your tv but i can say that there is a micro that control most functin of your tv,have a tech check your tv for repair

Hi, is the tv set to analogue broadcast, should it not be set to digital. I have a Grundig that does the same thing on analogue.If your tv is and/digi this might be the issue.

A universal remote control might not work with this set properly. You should try to buy its original one.

My apex at2402has a blue screen


your' TV is in VIDEO mode... connect your cable or sat. or DVD player or cable box etc. to TV using the VIDEO jacks>>>>red , white , and Yellow wires....picture should be on TV now.
other ways to get a picture also....changing TV from VIDEO mode TO TUNER mode...etc

Press the (function or F) button and the mute button at the same time. This will unlock the screen and allow you to view the channel as desired. • If your TV asks for a 4-digit code or password please enter 3308 or 6688 to unlock the screen or reset any preset rating levels..

I get sound but no picture on my apex at2402.


if there's a channel and volume display but no picture,the problem of your tv is ABL..it is a resistor value from 10K ohms up

Try pressing the "F" or function button and hold while pressing the Mute or "M" button at the same time. Hope this helps.
