Question about GE Refrigerators
Could be a bunch of things but here are a few that I can think of, best thing in this case is to have a a appliance tech come out and physcially look at it:
Sounds like the compressor may need more freon in it, that could be low or completely out and if it is, that would cause the freezer and the fridge to run hot.
Could also be a leak in the line and that would cause the freon to run out. Meaning that either the line would need to be repaired or replaced and then the compressor being charged with freon.
Worst case scenario compressor is bad and needs to be replaced.
keep in mind parts go bad for many reasons so also keep in mind its not anything that you did, anything electronic can go at anytime for any reason.
