Geoffrey Beene GBC0014GU. Can I get a watch manual please?

Question edited for clarity.

These are the most basic of watches with just a pull crown. For watches with the date, pull the crown to the first stop to adjust. To adjust the time, pull the crown to the second stop.

If yours is this one, it looks like the 3 Chrono Dials are just for show as it has no buttons, (it would need an additional three button at 2, 7 and 10 on the dial). And it is only 30 bucks.

Instructions for Eddie Bauer watch lg light up 3 eye 0058 CE

Here are some general instructions that may help you with your watch:
  1. To set the time, locate the crown (a small knob or button) on the side of the watch. Turn the crown to the right to advance the time, and to the left to go back.
  2. To set the date, locate the crown and pull it out one notch. Turn the crown to the right to advance the date, and to the left to go back. When you are finished setting the date, push the crown back in to secure it.
  3. The two small dials in the watch face are most likely used to track additional functions, such as a second time zone or a countdown timer. Refer to the watch manual for specific instructions on how to use these functions.
  4. To activate the light-up feature, press the button or knob on the side of the watch. This will cause the watch hands and dials to light up, making it easier to read the time in low light conditions. The light will turn off automatically after a few seconds.

Need to reset the time on my winner 24 it was given to me as a present and they lost the instrutions

If it is a genuine rolex:

  1. You twist the crown counter clockwise to unscrew it.
  2. Gently pull the crown. You should hear it click into the last position. Turn the crown to change the time.
  3. When you are finished, gently push the crown back in towards the watch case.
  4. Screw the crown back down by turning it clockwise.

The red bead (?) on the stem of my Michele CSX watch came off and was lost. How do I get a replacement? Thank you. Patty

I also chipped the enamel on the crown. You should take it to the place you purchased it and they will send it to Michele (actually Fossil) for repair. I had my Michele for 5 years before sending it in to have the crown repaired and have since lost the stem. Prior to that first repair, I did not have any issues with my watch. I really think that the parts used on my watch for the first repair were shotty. Very disappointing, but what do you do?

Winder is lost

You need a replacement stem and crown. I would replace the stem just to be sure you arent putting a new crown on a damaged stem.

Sakgen is very good about repairing their watches. Unfortunately this doesnt fall under their warranty but the repair directly through them is an average price for this part.

Generic after market crowns are also available at local watch repair shops. Make sure that if you go this route that you select a shop that can reseal the watch to is water resistance rating so you do not void your lifetime limited warranty on the movement. This mean they must have a pressure testing chamber and be able to supply printed proof of resealing.

Good luck!

Dkny ladies watch winder lost and watch stopped

DKNY is typically a quartz movement and doesn't have a "winder". I believe the part you are referring to is the crown. The watch may have stopped working for several reasons. The first three things I would suspect is that the battery died, the watch is in the set position, or the movement was damaged when the crown was coming off. If the watch is in the set position then pushing the stem in will cause the watch to run. The next thing to do is to replace the battery since it is only a few bucks. If it runs then you can replace the crown and your set. If it doesn't run I would suggest replacing the movement along with the crown and that you will have to price and see if it is within reason since this type of repair wont be covered under warranty.
Depending on the model of DKNY you may have to go through DKNY for the part. Remember that they are manufactured by Fossil. You could save yourself a lot of time by going to your local watch repair shop.

Thanks!

I own 3 Citizen ECO watches that have lost their charge.

Hiya Papahay,

are the crowns out at time set mode. This mode activates a 'hack device' ( a small spring in the watch) which will cut power to the circuit.

With the crown out and under light (even a desklamp directly with in a few mms above them) should do the trick.

These capacitors do need replacing, I suggest give the above a go for a least 24 hrs straight and go from there. When there are fully charge all you need to do is pull the crown out to time set mode and leave under light
