Actually I don't know what kind of batteries uses your Sokkia Surveyors Umbrellas Vinyl 8136-41 so please specify the rechargable battery it uses. Probably it is specified in it's user's manual

I honestly think you'd be better off replacing the chainsaw than trying to find batteries for it.
But, All Battery com Rechargeable Batteries Chargers can sell you materials to rebuild your dead ones, rebuild them for you or they might even have a generic in stock that will fit. I've recommended them in the past for some rather esoteric battery needs and they've always come through.
They are often fitted with rechargable AAA cells. These can be charged by putting the phone on the charger base. Obviously the base must be plugged into power. You could alternatively take the rechargable cells out and charge them in a standard charger. The radios will also work with non-rechargable batteries but don't try and charge them or use the charging base.
pull the batteries out, slam them ******* a solid surface. put 'em in, let 'em charge. if that doesn't bring 'em back buy new bats.also, use a voltmeter to make sure the charger was getting voltage. Good luck!
once they are rechargeable batteries you can just check before you do it each time to make sure no one has put in normal batterys as it will have a bad result
If you remove the rechargable battery pack and put regular batteries back in, are you still having the same problem? If so, I would recommend returning the rechargable unit and replacing it.
For what it is worth, I've been using my Wii Fit board for nearly a month on 4 alkaline batteries and have not had any problems.
I recommend rechargeable NiMH batteries with a 15-minute quick charger. Always have four more batteries than you need in your machine, ie: if you have a Wii Fit, a Nyko Wireless Sensor Bar, and two Wiimotes, then you should have 16 batteries total (4 + 4 + 2 + 2 + 4 spare).
