How to remove rear wheel

Hi, I hope I can help with this.
You should only have to remove the lug nuts and the wheel and tire will be removed. If you removed the center wheel nut then it sounds like you are trying to remove the brake rotor. To remove the wheel the 5 or 6 lug nuts need to be removed. To remove the rear spare tire there is a plastic cover to remove which then has a key hole (locks for security). You will need to unlock this as well.

How to remove steering wheel, 2000 blazer

Parts stores sell an inexpensive steering wheel removal puller. Follow repair manual removal procedure, so the air bag doesn't activate. The steering wheel is retained by a large nut on the steering wheel shaft. Remove the nut, and attach the puller to wheel-it should pull right off.
