The link will take you to the Emerson customer support web page that has pdf copies of the owners manuals for all the Smart Set Clock/Radio's. You will need to have a pdf reader and writer to read and make a copy of the owners manual. Find the make and model number of Your Clock/Radio and open the manual. You will find all the instructions for turning On/Off the alarm. If you are still having problems with turning the alarm On/Off.You can Call Emerson Customer Support at this telephone number 1-800-909-1240 between the hours of 8am-4:30pm CT. Check to make sure the battery connections are clean - free of rust/corrosion/gunk...and that the battery firmly "snaps" into it's connector/holder. BTW, if you have a user manual for the clock, I have the same model but lost my manual and can't figure out how to set the time... you can email my with instructions at email@example.com - I'd appreciate it!
