Question about ASUS Eee PC 900 PC Notebook
ASUS Eee PC running XP will not boot after pressing the power button. I have already taken the battery out, tried ac power only, pressed the reset button, and checked the RAM. The indicator lights are on. The computer will not start.

I had the same problem and from other forums I found that you have to remove the memory and short cmos . To short cmos I use screw driver to connect two copper pads.
